Navigating the Family Court Process with Care & Support
WHY A DIVORCE COACH? Mastering the art of communication with a high conflict individual as well as effective documentation are essential components to successfully navigating through a high conflict divorce and custody battle from a narcissist. It requires a special approach to present yourself in the best possible way to court professionals, while at the same time, protecting yourself from false allegations. Having a divorce coach on your team helps create an effective strategy when battling a person who is focused on destroying you.

"Amber Kozak is a graduate of the High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program. This intensive course focuses on the difficult dynamics of high-conflict divorce and child custody battles. Our program focuses on the intricacies of post separation abuse and our coaches are trained that it only takes one toxic, abusive or personality disordered individual to create a high-conflict situation. Amber will be an amazing resource and advocate for those attempting to navigate the family court system. It was an honor to have Amber in our program and I look forward to cheering her on in her advocacy work." - Tina Swithin, CEO/Founder of the High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program
A divorce coach is not a lawyer or professional therapist and cannot provide legal advice or therapeutic services. As a certified high conflict divorce coach, I have professional experience in divorce, custody and co-parenting matters that are consistent with post-separation abuse and patterns of control often characteristic of Cluster B personality disorders, such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), borderline personality disorder (BPD) and antisocial personality disorder. While I am trained to help clients prepare for custody cases and offer guidance to resolve counter-parenting problems, I am not qualified to offer legal advice or therapy services.
