No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is intended to complement—not replace—legal and mental health professionals.
All services and packages must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final. Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Sessions are by appointment only. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Between-session support is limited and not on-demand. Text support (if purchased) includes up to 3 client-initiated messages per day and is subject to response times and availability.
Crisis Command Intensive provides structured support only. Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am-5pm (CT); limited weekend responses at discretion. Responses occur within 1–3 hours during support hours and are not immediate. Support is limited to brief, time-sensitive guidance. Excess or non-urgent messaging may be redirected to sessions.
Services do not include emergency or crisis care. If unsafe or in crisis, contact 911 or a crisis hotline.
